The hotel's cleanliness was really good, with super clean rooms and comfortable beds. The hotel facilities, including a small fridge and TV in the room, were great. The staff were efficient and helpful, providing maps and information about the city. The location was very close to the city center, within walking distance of several good restaurants and the SNP bridge.

For the price we paid, we were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. the room we stayed in on the 5th floor offered a fantastic view of the UFO bridge, which was a unique and unexpected bonus. Secondly, the staff provided excellent service and were attentive to our needs throughout our stay. Lastly, the breakfast offered was satisfying and provided a good variety of options to choose from.

The hotel is conveniently located near two bus stations for easy transit to nearby cities. It is also not far from the city center, making it a great base for exploring. The rooms are comfortable with clean bathrooms, and the staff is friendly and helpful. there is a restaurant with a limited but satisfactory menu.
Some areas of the hotel, like the hallways and common areas, could use some maintenance and updating.
